03 · Title

Title Insurance

We complete a full title exam on every property. Even so, no exam can uncover every hidden defect, such as forgery or a missing heir. Title insurance protects you from those risks and much more. Paid only once at closing, it protects you for as long as you own your home.

Hidden defects title insurance protects against

  • Forgery, most often between relatives
  • Deeds from minors or mentally incompetent sellers
  • Missing heirs and improperly drawn wills
  • Similar names causing misapplied liens
  • Improper deeds: no consent, expired POA, duress

04 · Estates

Estate Planning

An estate plan is one of the best ways to take care of your family. It makes sure your home and other assets go to the people and causes you choose, names who will care for your children, and spares your loved ones stress and expense.
